My Friends Situation

I had a friend that never been in a relationship before. One day See told me that she is dating a guy. I was shock and amazed. 3 weeks later See found out something that she never experiences or didn’t realize happening. See herd something amazing that her boyfriend didn’t tell her. She found out that her boyfriend Tom hasn’t broke up with one of his girlfriend Kia, because Tom is afraid to hurt Kia’s heart. Also because of Hmong tradition Tome can’t marry Kia. For the fact that Tom’s sister is marry to Kia’s brother. Tom decided to stay far away from Kia because he wants to stop the relation between them. Also Kia asks See to stay away from Tom because of See, Tom is trying to ignore Kia. But See didn’t know anything about them.

Well anyways Tom didn’t want to tell See about Tom and Kia because he is planning to tell her later on when they get closer. But now See thinks that Tom isn’t loyal to See because of that situation they are in now. Now See thinks that their relationship should be over but she still haven’t made up her mind. She is sad and confuse because Tom is her first boyfriend.

She called and asks me if I was her, what would I do but I don’t know. For the fact that I’m not a girl, I don’t know how she is felling. But I think that See should give Tom another chance for the fact that Tom can’t marry Kia and that Tom choose See instead of Kia. But this is my opinion but what is you? Give me advice.

A Game Freak

My friend says that people who play games and good at it is a game freak. Well i don't agree. He once call me a game freak just because im good at playing Halo 3. Just because im good doesn't mean i'm a game freak, I'm just good like that. Well i don't really call myself good because I can't beat my brother. Anyways, he says that I always play it. Well I do play it a lot but that don't consider being a game freak.

I only play once in a while when im bored or have nothing to do. Playing game like that isn't a game freakWhat I think of being a game freak is when your on the pc or game system for about 24 seven. Now that's call a game freak. I actually can't even stay that long on the pc/system for even 3 hours and my friend still call me a game freak. Wow! what a friend huh.

I also think that being a game freak, you have to be very good at game to consider being one. Why, because game freak people actually stay playing games for hours and not doing anything so they have to be good. I am actually good in Halo 3 but i don't say that im a game freak because im not the best and i do lose sometimes too. Being good at game is not what I do. I only play it for fun and i dont care if i lose or wim because it don't matter to me.

Why do some people rather play game all day and night? By doing that they wast all of there time of doing something fun or good thing happening in this world.Game freak is a bad name but i think that it is worth calling people that for playing game 24 seven.

Gang

In America gang violence seems like something that happens in other neighborhoods, in movies and on TV. But it’s important to recognize how dangerous it really is, and how susceptible that many kids and teens could be in danger. Gang violence is not just a few gang but there is no limited to that.
Such violence brought tragedy to many people and families. The cause of gang violence has spread across the entire country or even the whole world. Do you know how to recognize the signs of gang activity in your neighborhood? Are your kids or teens vulnerable to gang influence?
Intimidation is one of the strongest weapons gangs have against you and your community. Gangs are very dangerous and sometimes gangs can be even more powerful than police because of this fear that they instill, and their actions go unreported. But you aren’t defenseless. Everyone has to work and everyone has a role to play in keeping your family safe.

People getting layoff

I always wanted to know why people are getting layoff when companies are still in relatively good shape. Why are people hired in the first place when in the end they get layoff? What’s the point of working very hard and still get layoff. Many employees were lay off and brother and cousin was also one of them. My brother has work at his company for over 7 years and my cousin has work there for over 7 and a half year and they still gets layoff. They were layoff for the fact that there company are slowing down which they don’t have much work to do. For what I think is that many company layoff employees for the fact that works don’t know English much or don’t have a diploma.

Why would you layoff employee who has been working there for over many years and hire new people at that time just because they have a diploma. If these jobs had not been open, many employees and including my brother and cousin might have sought work in more stable parts of the economy.

Jobs are harder to get as the country is crumble down one by one. My brother and my cousin are seeking for jobs. It has been really hard and difficult finding a job while many people are also too. A large lay-off means that there are many people looking for jobs often with the same skills as you. That makes it more difficult to find work.
Many people are having problems such as low money and bills to pay when they don’t have a job because layoffs are driven by financial need, they usually do reflect financial stress in the organization's income or balance sheet. But the decision to lay people off may actually reflect strength in the organization's ability to changing conditions. Reactions to job loss have been compared to the emotional upheaval of a divorce or death in the family. But it turns out that the executives who carry out layoffs also suffer from stress, poor sleep and even health problems.
